The Uinta County Veterans Board of Evanston Wyoming currently working on fundraising efforts to donate to the State of Wyoming, the first of its kind, Veterans Gulf Monument encompassing 27yrs of conflict. There currently are no monuments of its kind; it would be the first in our nation. The location is projected to be at the Bear State Welcome Center in Evanston, Wyoming on the island under the large flagpole.
